Hmmm...let's see.... 
Toshi=Rooney (CF)
Kazuhiro=Messi (WF)
Sasaki=Silva (WF)
Mahori=Kaka (AMF)
Kamiya=Gerrard (CMF)
Otsuka=Gattuso (CMF)
Nitta=Insua (SB)
Yano=? (SB)
Akahori=Vidic (CB)
Hattori=? (CB)
Kenji=Julio Cesar (GK)
1: Toshi=Rooney. They have both very good in attack, not very tall players and they have powerful shots. They are also truly fighters in attack.
2: Kazuhiro=Messi. They are both very skilled footballers with good technique, speed and dribble.
3: Sasaki=Silva. Left-footed players with very good technique and they are very fast.
4: Mahori=Kaka. Amazing players in the center. Dribble, passes, speed and good technique.
5: Otsuka=Gattuso. Well,  , they are both very good in tackling, truly middle defenders, fighters in the center. And also they are always angry. xD
6: Kamiya=Gerrard. The leaders of their teams. Truly talented footballers, they organize the game of their team.
7: Akahori=Vidic. Tall players, very good with the head.
8: Kenji=Julio Cesar. Well, I don't know but I think that Julio Cesar fits perfectly for Kenji.
9: Nitta=Insua. Good in their positions, but nothing more....
10: Hattori=?
11: Yano=?
