I drew this picture last summer. My saiyan character Angel is supposed to be trying on her boxing attire when Joe walks in on her. I don't know if my Japanese is 100% accurate, but it's supposed to be:
Angel: Will you please look away!?
Joe: I'm sorry!/Excuse me!

no, the sig was a spread done by the author of ippo last year in shonen magazine for some sort of anniversary

No. The avatar is from a DVD cover I think. The signature is a splash page the creator of Hajime no Ippo drew featuring Ippo & Joe shaking hands.
